Q: How/when will I receive my ticket ?
- After the payment is made, we will send our voucher to the requested tour/show/accommodaton/service.
- After they confirm the voucher, we will send the confirmation to you. You can print the confirmed voucher and present it to the tour/show/accommodation/service staff.
- The confirmed voucher can be exchanged for a ticket at the counter of your place of destination.
- You will receive our confirmation within one working day after you make the payment. (Office closed on Sunday and Public holidays)
Q: Can I make a booking and pay cash for the ticket on delivery ?
No, cannot. An advance payment is required. To receive a special price ticket like this, all the agents are required to pay for the ticket in advance as well.
Q: What are the payment options?
There are two choices.
- Credit card payment - This is very convenient. You can book and make your payment right away from our website.
- Bank Transfer - For bank transfer, please contact us via email and our bank details will be sent to you.
Q: Cancellation / Refund ?
Cancellation Policy
The tickets cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
Refund Policy
Alex Holiday will provide a full refund in case we cannot deliver the services to paid clients In case clients request for a refund when it's through no fault of Alex Holiday, there will be a processing fee of 300 Baht
Q: What are the meanings of "join" or "join tour" and "private" or "private tour" ?
Clients who book our join tour please note that:
- The hotel pick-up and drop-off times are fixed according to our prior confirmation email as we have other passengers on the van.
- The definite number of passengers of each group cannot be confirmed in advance but is limited to the maximum number of seats on the vehicle.
- The number of persons showing up in your group should be the same as indicated in your booking details. Otherwise, the correct amount of money should be paid before departure or it will result in cancellation of your booking.
For private tour clients, the vehicle is reserved for your group only. You may contact us in advance if you want to change either the pick-up or drop-off time or if you need to make any change to your program. The details might be changed to suit your requirements as long as it doesn’t cost additional expense.
