1. Credit card charges

1.1 We require the guest to be the owner of the credit card. And the personal details in the booking form must be the same as those appearing on the credit card or Paypal account Otherwise, we reserve the right to decline your reservation request.

1.2 Your credit card will be charged only after we have secured room(s) / booking(s) for you otherwise we will return the money to you in full.

1.3 On your credit card statement, charges will be made by Alex Holiday Co., Ltd..

2. Confirmation

We will send you a voucher upon payment via e-mail. This voucher is a proof of your payment for the service(s) that you have booked through Alex Holiday.

3. Cancellation/Amendment Fee

3.1 After we send vouchers or confirmation to you, cancellation CANNOT be made, as we have already made full payment to the hotel/business.
3.2 As each hotel / business has specific conditions of cancellation/amendment fee, therefore, please make sure that you have checked for those in the hotel /business that you are going to book. The details of the conditions are specified in each hotel/business page on our website

4. Refund

Alex Holiday will provide a full refund in case we cannot deliver the services to paid clients
In case clients request for a refund when it's through no fault of Alex Holiday, there will be a processing fee of 300 Baht

5. Responsibility

5.1 Alex Holiday acts only as agents for hotels, car rentals, transportation companies, and all other contractors/suppliers and finalizes all arrangements upon the expressed condition that it shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, inadvertent errors in booking, delays generally or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, vessel or aircraft or through the acts or defaults, of any company or person engaged in conveying or accommodating passengers or in the carrying out of arrangements of the ground content, tours or otherwise in connection with its operations. To protect you and Alex Holiday, we require all clients to be adequately insured against the above-mentioned liabilities.

5.2 Alex Holiday will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the client(s) as a result of the foregoing causes over which it has no control, such as war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of Government, broken machinery or equipment required as part of client(s)’ itinerary, or unavoidable events that causes the client(s)’ itinerary unenforceable.

5.3 Descriptions and conditions on the website are correct at the online time. Alex Holiday reserves the right to alter the itineraries and/or substitute services with or without prior notice as a result of circumstances beyond our control or if it is deemed to be in the best interests of all parties concerned.

5.4 In the unfortunate events where sections 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 must jointly or separately be observed, Alex Holiday shall not be held liable for any liability above and beyond the costs incurred in the provision of the services rendered.
