12.40 hrs. Meet your guide in the hotel´s lobby in Bangkok. Depart from hotel to Amphawa Floating Market.

14.30 hrs. Visit Raiway market or Crazy market or Rom Hub or Maeklong Railway market is the one that you shall not miss.This is one of the most amazing markets in the world!

Just few seconds after the train pass, the awnings are popped back into place and the activities continue like nothing ever happened.

Located near the Rom Hub Market is the large bustling Mae Klong market. Not only does it offer fresh vegetables and fruits, meats, poultry, and seafood, but it also has an endless array of cooked foods and desserts that you wont. find at other market in general. Best of all, the prices are very cheap compared to the supermarkets, so theres no need to bargain.

15.20 hrs. Visit Wat Bang Kung. Where has been honored as one of theUnseen Thailandinside an old Buddhist temple is a large statue of Nin Mani Buddha, or the villagers called the Luang Phor Dum late Ayutthaya kingdom.

16.20 hrs. Visit King Rama II Memorial Park : This park was built under the project to honour King Rama II, run by the King Rama II Phraboromrachanusorn Foundation under royal patronage. It is built to commemorate his great patron to the arts and culture, which become a national heritage. Phra Rajsamutmatee, the abbot of Wat Amphawan Chetiyaram, offered the area of 11 Rais (4.4 acres) for the construction of the park. This area was very important because it was a royal birthplace King Rama II.

Q: How/when will I receive my ticket ?

After the payment is made, we will send our voucher to the requested tour/show/accommodaton/service.
After they confirm the voucher, we will send the confirmation to you. You can print the confirmed voucher and present it to the tour/show/accommodation/service staff.
The confirmed voucher can be exchanged for a ticket at the counter of your place of destination.
You will receive our confirmation within one working day after you make the payment. (Office closed on Sunday and Public holidays)

Q: Can I make a booking and pay cash for the ticket on delivery ?

No, cannot. An advance payment is required. To receive a special price ticket like this, all the agents are required to pay for the ticket in advance as well.

Q: What are the payment options?

There are two choices.

Credit card payment - This is very convenient. You can book and make your payment right away from our website.
Bank Transfer - For bank transfer, please contact us via email and our bank details will be sent to you.

Q: Cancellation / Refund ?

Alex Holiday will provide a full refund in case we cannot deliver the services to paid clients In case clients request for a refund when it's through no fault of Alex Holiday, there will be a processing fee of 300 Baht

Q: What are the meanings of "join" or "join tour" and "private" or "private tour" ?

Clients who book our join tour please note that:

The hotel pick-up and drop-off times are fixed according to our prior confirmation email as we have other passengers on the van.
The definite number of passengers of each group cannot be confirmed in advance but is limited to the maximum number of seats on the vehicle.
The number of persons showing up in your group should be the same as indicated in your booking details. Otherwise, the correct amount of money should be paid before departure or it will result in cancellation of your booking.

For private tour clients, the vehicle is reserved for your group only. You may contact us in advance if you want to change either the pick-up or drop-off time or if you need to make any change to your program. The details might be changed to suit your requirements as long as it doesn’t cost additional expense.
