ITINERARY

Daily departure

Day 1  Airport - Bangkok and City Tour.

13.30 hrs. Tranfer in from Bangkok Airport and city tour.

16.00 hrs. Check in at Charlie House Pin Klao Hotel or similar 3* hotel.

Day 2 River Kwai with Death Railway (Breakfast, Lunch, - )

07:00 hrs. Meet your guide in the hotel´s lobby.Depart from hotel to Kanchanaburi is one of the most beautiful provinces of Thailand,with a very delightful landscape.It is already well-known among War-histirians and movie-buffs as the size of the notorious "Death Railway" an the "Bridge over the river Khwae"and amongarchaeolegists for its Neolithic burialgrounds.Yet, the provinces also has numerous other places of interest for the nature loving who wants to spend longer time here. Kanchanaburi is about 128 kilometers west of Bangkok approximately 2 1/2 hours ride by car over a good road. The town of Kanchanaburi is located at the point where two tributaries,the Khwae Noi and Khwae Yai (which have their source in the Ta-Nao-Si Range) meet and form the Mae-klong River. It is a full day tour to Kanchanaburi and River Kwai to visit the cemetery of the allied prisoners of World War II, and the world renowned bridge over the River Kwai.

10:40 hrs. take a train ride along the unforgettable Death Railway.

12:15 hrs. lunch at local restuarant.

13:30 hrs.visit Sai Yoke Elephant at Camp.

17:00 hrs Arrive and cheak-in at River Kwai hotel or similar 3* hotel in Kanchanaburi.

Day 3 Kanchanaburi - Ayuthaya -Pitsanuloke  (Breakfast, Lunch, - )

07.00 hrs. Leave from hotel after breakfast.

08.00 hrs. Visit the most important and well-known temples in Ayutthaya. Wat Phra Si Sanphet is located in the ancient grand palace Compound.

09.00 hrs. Visit Wat Yai Chai Mongkol & Wat Chai Wattanaram.

12.00 hrs. Lunch at the restaurant.

14.00 hrs. Visit museum at Narai Raja Nives Palace ,Phra Prang Sam Yot ,the monkey temple.

20.00 hrs. Check in Amarin Lagoon Hotel in Pitsanuloke or similar hotel.

Day 4 Pitsanuloke - Sukhothai - Sri Satchanalai -Lampang (Breakfast, Lunch, - )

08.00 hrs. Leave from hotel after breakfast.

10.30 hrs. Visit Wat Maha Dhat with its revered Buddha statue. Phra Buddha Jinaraj. depart for Sukhothai.

11.00 hrs. Visit Wat Maha Dhat , Wat Sri Chum, Wat Sra Sri.

12.30 hrs. Lunch at local restaurant.

13.30 hrs. Visit Wat Chang Lom ,Wat Chedi Jet Thaew,Wat Phra Sri Ratana Maha Dhat.

15.00 hrs. Depart from Sri satchanalai to Lampang.

18.30 hrs. check in at LAMPANG WIENGTHONG or similar hotel.

Day 5 : Lampang - Lampoon - Chiang Mai (Breakfast, Lunch, - )

08.00 hrs. Check Out.

09.00 hrs. Visit Wat Phra Dhat Lampang Luang,housing the only Emerald Buddha other than the one at Wat Phra Kweo in Bangkok.

10.00 hrs. Continue t o visit Wat Phra Keo Don Tao [a very intersting Burmese - style temple.

10.30 hrs. Wat Chadi Sao [with its many small pagodas] and depart to Lampoon.

12.00 hrs. Visit famous Wat Haripoonchai in Lampoon, built in 1157 A.D. one of the most sacred and magnificent stupa in the north.

12.30 hrs. Lunch at local restaurant.

15.00 hrs. Visit Handicraft Village in Chiang Mai.

16.00 hrs Check in Chiang Mai Plaza Hotel and Convention Center or similar hotel.

Day 6 Chiang Mai - Chiang Rai (Breakfast, Lunch, - )

07:00 hrs. Depart from Chiang Mai.

An early morning 3 hours drive through beautiful scenery with a stop at hot spring to relax with the fresh air. At the hot spring you can buy a basket of fresh eggs to cook in the water from the hot spring. After the hot spring we will drive on to the Golden triangle. Here there are magnificent views over the Mekong River to the physical triangle made by Burma, Laos and Thailand at the confluence of the Ruak and Mae Khong Rivers.

For a small fee, (Optional) you can also enjoy the boat ride to see view the splendor of the mighty Mae Khong River. And visit Opium Museum: this is museum set up to educate people on the growing of opium and its use in everyday life of the hill tribe people. After the opium hall we continue on to Mae Sai. Mae sai is a well known shopping market for both Thai and Burma because they are all kinds of products and everything is so incredibly cheap. You will enjoy about 1 hour shopping in the market between Thailand and Burma, where local lunch is provided.

19.00 hrs. Depart to Chaing Rai airport or train station (End Of Tour Program)

For children 3-10 years old we charge 70% of adult price.

For children over 10 years old we charge adult price
